I have a very physically demanding job that causes me a lot of back, hip and shoulder pain. I tried masking the pain with over the counter medication, but knew that I couldn't continue doing that for too long without risking damage to my liver. I decided that it was time to go to a chiropractor and see if I could find any relief for all of my pain. During my visit, my chiropractor taught me about some stretches that I should do before and after I am done working. They were so helpful that I created my blog to help others learn how to stretch to avoid the body pains that life can cause.
